Patrick's career has spanned some thirty years in construction and architecture. Originating from a technical background he studied construction and went on to complete his architecture degree in Liverpool before registering as an Architect in 1997.

Patrick has worked throughout the UK and Ireland with a number of boutique, medium and large scale architectural practices and was a Partner with the London award winning practice KSR. As a result, his experience of various building types vary from domestic to industrial and large scale commercial developments. He has developed particular skills in coordinating and managing the design delivery process and is able to take an overview of projects, providing technical, contractual and management advice. He has developed and implemented a practice-wide system-lead approach to quality management and the delivery of complex and challenging projects. Patrick has a hands-on approach and is skilled in dealing with all members of the design and construction teams.

During the last 10 years in practice, he has worked on a wide range of projects specialising in exceptional residential developments and private houses.

Patrick is a qualified architect, registered with ARB and a member of the RIBA.
